Grill Regulator Does Not Attach Firmly

Char-Broil Portable Gas Grill Model #4651330 - the regulator does not fit firmly into the burner apparatus. Once installed as per instructions, it flops around loosely and certainly is not safe enough to attach a propane cylinder.
